From visiting local producers together, to learning how to cook local dishes in a Nona’s kitchen, to kicking back on a private yacht for the day, our tours have it all. For our inaugural tour, Chef Ron McKinlay of Toronto’s widely acclaimed Canoe Restaurant, will lead a small group across some of Greece’s most stunning locations. Starting in Chania, Crete and finishing on the spectacular island of Kefalonia, this 11-day tour will dig into Greece’s food scene like never before, with a sprinkle of history and of course the most luxurious accommodations and adventures! The group will also meet Michelin star Chef, Asimakis Chaniotis, who will be showcasing his home island over the last few days of the journey. This will be the trip of a lifetime!

Ron will lead this exclusive 11-day tour which will take you to Greece's top restaurants, hidden beaches, lesser known archeological sites and most importantly, local producers. You’ll savour the finest Mediterranean products from the land & sea. As a special added bonus, you'll join forces with acclaimed Greek Chef Asimakis Chaniotis upon arriving in Kefalonia, where he will take the group to his favourite gems, from wineries to the island's best Greek taverns. There will be new adventures every day!

Saturday, April 26th
Day 1 | Chania, Crete
Arrive at your 5* hotel in historic Chania Crete where you will meet the group (max 16 ppl) for a welcome Moet & Chandon reception then walk to dinner at one of Chania's top restaurants.
Sunday, April 27th
Day 2 | Chania, Crete
Today will be filled with visits to local producers, to taste wine, jams and cheese, followed by an afternoon at the spectacular Balos Beach then dinner at a favourite Cretian restaurant, where they pride themselves on using 200 year old Cretian cooking methods with the finest ingredients.
Monday, April 28th
Day 3 | Athens
Fly to Athens where you will check into your next hotel in the heart of Athen's best neighbourhood. A Greek cooking class with Chef McKinlay while savouring local wines will fill your afternoon. Evening free time to rest or explore on your own.
Tuesday, April 29th
Day 4 | Athens
After a visit to some of Athen's most famous sites, you will visit the Varvakios market to source out lunch with Chef McKinlay, followed by a free afternoon and dinner at Pharaoh, where they specialize in cooking over fire.
Wednesday, April 30th
Day 5 | Nemea & Epidaurus
Transfer to a famous winery in Nemea where you'll dine amongst the vineyards, then visit the less known archeological site of Epicurus. Overnight in Nafplio.
Thursday, May 1st
Day 6 | Ancient Olympia
See (& taste) how olive oil is produced at a local mill, dine at one the best gourmet taverns in the area, and go back in time at Ancient Olympia with your private tour guide. Overnight near Olympia.
Friday, May 2nd
Day 7 | Kefalonia
Transfer to Killini port where you will cross the Ionian Sea by ferry (1.5 hours) and arrive in spectacular Kefalonia. You may not want to leave after checking into your resort here; all suites at this accommodation have private plunge pools.
Saturday, May 3rd
Day 8 | Kefalonia
Join forces with locally acclaimed Michelin Star Chef Asimakis Chaniotis today and get an insider's look at some of Kefalonia's local producers, lunch at his favourite hideouts and have the evening free to check out the town of Argostoli or order room service to your private patio.
Sunday, May 4th
Day 9 | Kefalonia
Board a private charter sailboat to explore Kefalonia the right way! Spend a half day exploring hidden beaches & swim in the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea! Farewell dinner tonight at Chef Asimakis’ restaurant Terre Mouikis.
Monday, May 5th
Day 10 | Kefalonia
Visit the turquoise waters at Melissani caves in the morning and then fly back to Athens in the afternoon to settle into another beautiful seaside resort 20 mins from the airport.
Tuesday, May 6th
Day 11 | Athens
Depart back to home. Kaló taksídi! (Bon voyage!)

Chef Ron McKinlay
With over 18 years of top end experience around the world, Chef McKinlay now leads the kitchen at acclaimed Canoe restaurant, in Toronto Ontario. He is creative, driven, passionate and a natural born leader, always enforcing positivity around him. When approached to lead this tour, Ron was thrilled at the opportunity to visit Greece with some like-minded food lovers! It will be Chef McKinlay’s first time to Greece and also his first time meeting Chef Chaniotis in person!
Chef Asimakis Chaniotis
Chef Chaniotis, who grew up on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, honed his culinary skills fishing, hunting, and foraging from the land, eventually becoming one of Greece’s—and now the UK’s—most celebrated chefs. After earning his first Michelin star in 2017, he has continued to impress by highlighting Kefalonian dishes on his menus. Chef Asimakis, instrumental in bringing this tour to life, has arranged unique experiences for everyone and is excited to meet Ron and the entire group!
